Our office in Port Jefferson Station is conveniently located on Route 347 (Nesconset Highway), 1/4 of mile East of Route 112. Our medical park, Port Jefferson Professional Park, is located on the North side of Rte. 347, building #11.

From the L.I Expressway (3 ways to approach):
1: exit 64 North, take Route 112 North to Route 347 (eight miles) then turn right, proceed 1/4 mile going East. Port Jefferson Professional Park is on the left.
2: exit 63 North, take Route 83 (Patchogue-Mt.Sinai Road/North Ocean Ave.) North to Route 112 (4 miles). Turn left on Route 112 and proceed as above
3: exit 63 North, take Route 83 North to Route 347 (eight miles) then make left going West about 1.8 miles. Port Jefferson Professional Park is just past the 3rd traffic light and 7-Eleven on the right.
