Our office is conveniently located at:

11 Medical Drive Ste. B, Port Jefferson Station, Suffolk County, Long Island


From the Long Island Expressway (3 ways to approach):

1: exit 64 North, take Route 112 North to Route 347 (eight miles) then turn right, proceed 1/4 mile going East. Port Jefferson Professional Park is on the left.

2: exit 63 North, take Route 83 (Patchogue-Mt.Sinai Road/North Ocean Ave.) North to Route 112 (4 miles). Turn left on Route 112 and proceed as above to reach Port Jefferson Professional Park.

3: exit 63 North, take Route 83 North to Route 347 (eight miles) then make left going West about 1.8 miles. Port Jefferson Professional Park is just past the 3rd traffic light and 7-Eleven on the right.
